Kerbside Appraisals
Terms of service
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Kerbside Appraisals app. The app is published by Intrlude, a business of Everse Group Pty Ltd (ABN 34 671 026 609). By downloading or using Kerbside you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Kerbside is
Kerbside is a tool for real estate agents to record property walkthroughs and produce market appraisal reports. It is a productivity tool. It is not a valuation service, not a real estate marketplace, and not a substitute for your professional judgement, licensing obligations or your agency's compliance requirements.
2. The appraisal disclaimer
Every report Kerbside generates carries this disclaimer:
“This is a market appraisal only. It is an opinion of the likely selling or leasing price of the property based on market conditions at the date of preparation. It is not a sworn or formal valuation prepared by a Certified Practising Valuer and must not be relied upon for lending, legal proceedings, taxation, matrimonial settlements, probate or any other statutory or financial purpose. No structural inspection has been carried out. Information supplied by the owner or third parties has not been independently verified. This appraisal does not guarantee that the property will sell or lease at or within the range shown, and is prepared solely for the person to whom it is addressed.”
You are responsible for making sure every report you give a client carries this disclaimer, and for complying with the real estate licensing and disclosure laws that apply to you when giving a price or rent opinion.
3. Your data
Kerbside has no login and no server-side account. Your appraisals are stored on your device only and we never hold them. See the privacy policy.
You are responsible for backing up your appraisals (Settings, then Download a backup file) and for the accuracy of everything you enter. If your device is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled, any appraisal not saved in a backup file is gone and we cannot recover it.
4. Kerbside Plus: subscriptions and purchases
Kerbside is free for up to three appraisals. Kerbside Plus unlocks unlimited appraisals and the PDF report, as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers) or a one-off lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Purchases are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us.
Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trial. If you do not cancel before the 14-day trial ends, you are charged the annual price and the subscription renews yearly until you cancel.
Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your device settings: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, Menu, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Restoring: in the app, open the plans screen and tap Restore Purchases to reinstate a plan tied to your Apple ID or Google account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or white-label Kerbside, or use it to build a competing product. Do not use it to store information you have no right to collect from a property owner or tenant.
6. No warranty and limit of liability
Kerbside is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law we exclude all warranties about the app's accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for your use of Kerbside is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or the app, or discontinue the app, giving reasonable notice where practical. You can stop using Kerbside and delete it at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
