Terms

Terms of service

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms apply to the Pickup inbox and phone app and to services from Intrlude, operated by Everse Group Pty Ltd (ABN 34 671 026 609). By starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

Pickup brings a business's texts, calls and email into one app and drafts replies with AI for a person to check and send. The channels and features included depend on your plan. Features marked as coming soon on our website are not part of your plan until we switch them on.

Trial, billing and cancelling

Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. After the trial, your plan bills monthly or yearly in advance, in Australian dollars, by card or invoice. GST is added where it applies, and you will receive a tax invoice.

There is no lock-in contract. Cancel any time by emailing us, and the service stops at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

Your price stays the same for as long as your subscription runs without a break.

Phone numbers and call costs

Your plan includes the phone numbers it lists. Australian numbers need identity documents for your business, which carriers require by law. Moving an existing number to Pickup depends on your current carrier and can take several days to a couple of weeks. Usage beyond normal business use, such as bulk SMS, may be charged at cost, and we will tell you before it is.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages your business sends, including AI drafts you choose to send. Check them first. Do not use Pickup for spam, unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful. You must follow the Spam Act 2003 and any rules that apply to recording calls in your state.

Keep your logins private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Your data

Your conversations and settings belong to your business. We use them only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy. If you leave, you can export your conversations, and we delete your data within 90 days.

Availability

We work to keep Pickup running all the time, but we rely on carriers, cloud providers and AI providers outside our control, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Missed-call text back and voicemail are safety nets, not a guarantee every call is answered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will email active customers about any material change at least 30 days before it applies. Questions go to info@intrlude.com.au. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
