Privacy policy

We do not collect, receive or store any appraisal, photo, owner or property detail, or report you create in Kerbside. Kerbside has no server, no account system, no advertising and no analytics.

The only information that leaves your device is your purchase status, described under In-app purchases below.

Every appraisal, room note, photo, comparable and report is stored on your phone or tablet only. It is never uploaded or synced to a cloud service by us. Creating, editing and reporting on an appraisal works with no internet connection.

Kerbside includes no analytics tools, no advertising tools and no third-party tracking. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

If you turn on biometric unlock, Kerbside asks your device's operating system to verify you. Kerbside never receives, stores or processes biometric data. It only receives a yes or no result from the device.

Settings, then Download a backup file, exports your appraisals and photos as a file you choose where to save or send. When you share a PDF report or text summary, you choose where it goes using your device's share sheet. We never receive a copy of either.

Kerbside Plus (monthly, annual and lifetime) is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat, a subscription service, to confirm which plan is active so the app can unlock the right features.

RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase and subscription status, for example annual plan, active, renews on a date. It does not receive any appraisal content or photos. Apple and Google handle your payment details. We never see your card number or billing details. RevenueCat's own policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Kerbside is a professional tool for real estate agents and is not directed at children.

Because we hold no appraisal data, there is nothing of yours for us to export or delete. For questions about this policy, or to ask about purchase records, email info@intrlude.com.au. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
